	Your personal information is collected telematically and processed manually and electronically by Titalia S.p.A, Via N. Bixio, 1 - 20900 Monza (MB) Italy in its capacity as holder. Due to the nature of transmission via Internet and the technical structure of Titalia S.p.A.’s services, your information may be voluntarily or involuntarily communicated to third parties. You may, in future, exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 TU (art. 13 of law 675/96) with regard to access, cancellation or correction of the information, by contacting Titalia S.p.A.

	For clarity the provisions of the first paragraph of art. 7 T.U. are set out below:
	
	The party concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his/her personal information, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in a legible form;
	
	The party concerned has the right to obtain information regarding:
	- the origin of the personal information;
	- the purpose and manner of processing;
	- the logic applied in case of processing by electronic means;
	- the identity of the holder, those responsible and the representative designated in terms of article 5, paragraph 2;
	- parties or categories of party to which the personal information may be communicated or that may become aware of same as territorial designated representative, persons responsible or officers.
	
	The party concerned has the right to obtain:
	- the updating, correction or, when it is in/her interest, completion of the information;
	- the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the stopping of information processed in violation of the law, including that which does not need to be preserved for the purpose for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
	- confirmation that the operations referred to in a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the information has been communicated or shared, except in the case where same is impossible or involves the employment of means manifestly out of proportion with the right protected.
	
	The party concerned has the right to completely or partially oppose:
	- processing of his/her personal information for legitimate reasons, even though pertinent to the purpose for collection;
	- processing of his/her personal information for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
	
	The concerned party’s request in the cases included in points 7 and 8 of art. 10 of the TU will involve a cost amounting to the maximum application in terms of the abovementioned paragraphs, to be paid in the manner and in the times indicated in paragraph 9 of same article.
